SHIPPING

Each piece is carefully packaged to arrive safely. Orders are processed within 5-7 business days and shipped with tracking. Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days within the United States. Original paintings are shipped fully insured, and larger canvases may ship separately or require additional handling time. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Shipping costs and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout. Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes on international orders.

RETURNS

Because each piece is original or made to order, all sales are final and I do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is placed. Please take a moment to review the photos, dimensions, and descriptions before purchasing, and note that colors may vary slightly between screens.

If your artwork arrives damaged please email ramyaartdesign@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the piece and packaging. I will make it right with a replacement or refund.
